I am a member of various Art & Photographic websites and on one of them REDBUBBLE I found the paintings of Cynthia Adams. I was immediately struck by the use of colours and the compositions of the scenes and decided I would buy one. I fell in love with TERRACOTTA OUTLOOK but unfortunately it had been sold, so my next choice was a beautiful country scene in pretty colours of mauve and purple, which now has pride of place on my bedroom wall.
Cynthia very kindly sent me a photo of TERRACOTTA OUTLOOK which has been framed and hangs on the wall of my lounge.
As an artist Cynthia has a wonderful imagination and such feeling that she expresses it with her paintings and as I look at each of her works I can get from them the mood that she was feeling at that moment when she started to create a scene.
I am pleased to say that Cynthia has become a good friend and still inspires me with her wonderful paintings.

Cynthia’s artwork has fascinated me from the moment I discovered her on RedBubble.com, a creative online community where we have become good friends and supporters of each others’ art. I have purchased cards and a calendar of her artwork, and they are worth every penny. I am even fortunate enough to own one of her original canvases, which she so kindly painted for me and then gave to me as a gift for supporting her creativity.
Being intrinsically attracted to vibrant colour, it is no wonder Cynthia’s work catches me eye. She has the ability to use vibrant colours in unconventional ways and make it work, which is a trait I really admire. Sometimes the result is wonderfully surreal yet entirely believable, like “Neverland” and “Enchanted”. Even using a single colour palette, she can create magic.
