Hi, my name is Cynthia Adams, otherwise known as KraftyArt. I am married to a loving husband, with two grown up daughters, and the proud Grandmother of two gransons and two granddaughters.

 

I started painting with oils just 8 years ago, and my work was predominently inspired by the work of the late great, Bob Ross, from television.

 

I am a self taught painter, specialising in the wet and wet technique, and all of my work transpires from my own vivid imagination. My work never ceases to amaze me, or my family, when I arrive at the final result of each project. Sometimes the result is peace and tranquility, other times surreal, or "out of this world". I am often asked why I use the colours that I do - it's quite simple to answer. As an artist, I am not afraid to experiment with vivid and vibrant colour. I like how the colours seem to bring my work to life, each one, with it's own unique story to tell. Colour, especially vivid colour, is a strong influence in my work.

 

Here at KraftyArt, the focus is on working with the client to produce beautifully hand painted orignals, which vary in price depending on a few factors. These include.

As well as commission work, I paint just for my own pleasure, and these paintings are showcased here on my website galleries. Many of my gallery works are available for sale in origninal form, and most are available as prints. For commissioned work or exclusive work, the Commissions section is the place to look. I can paint any size or colour, specifically to your brief, and what's more - you can be safe in the knowledge that the work I create, comes straight from the heart!
